Activity Description: Warehouse Logistics (Commissioning, GxP) Business Area: Warehouse Logistics, Pharmaceutical Industry/Medizine Technology (GxP Environment) Purpose: Ensuring the correct, efficient and GxP-compliant picking of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products in the warehouse to ensure the timely supply of patients and the associated shipping. Main tasks: commissioning: expert compilation of orders according to order lists or instructions as well as SAP-based systems. Ensuring correct quantities and articles. Visual inspection of commissioned goods for integrity and completeness. Documentation of commissioning in the corresponding systems. GxP compliance: compliance with all relevant GxP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Distribution Practice). Correct storage of GxP-relevant products taking into account temperature and other requirements. Cleaning and maintenance of work equipment and storage areas according to GxP standards. Warehouse management: implementation of inventory controls and inventory. Operation of industrial trucks (e.g. forklift trucks, lift trucks). Packaging and shipping preparation of goods. Quality assurance: verification of accompanying documents for accuracy and completeness. Notification of deviations and errors to the supervisors. Participation in the processing of complaints.
