Technology interface: As a project manager for purchasing processes and IT systems (gn) in the field of technical purchasing, you will see the interface to our IT department and coordinate the optimization of our systems and applications. Requirements management: You take the requirements of the department as well as our regions and markets to our processes and systems, prioritise them and plan the optimizations to be implemented in the backlog. Coordination and acceptance: During the development phase, you always keep in mind the progress of the project, thanks to the coordination of all the participating areas of transparency, and finally accept the implementation of the development teams as a key user. Competent advice: Not least analysing, documenting and opting proactively for all purchase-relevant processes, systems and applications and are available as competent contact persons.

Qualification: You have successfully completed your (company) economic or technical studies or have a comparable vocational training and several years of relevant experience. Project experience: You are familiar with the current project management methods and have already demonstrated your organizational talent in the design of problem solving processes. Technology affinity: For you, software is more than Microsoft 365. You are sure to go around with SAP MM/R3 or S/4HANA and could ideally gain experience in handling product backlogs and the corresponding tools (e.g. Jira). Soft-Skills: You communicate with internal and external partners in a targeted manner, are happy to work in the team and have the obligatory portion of heart blood, to compress complex processes to the essentials and to make shopping processes efficient.
