The DRV Bund will build an environmental and energy management (according to EMAS) as part of your sustainability strategy. With around 1.5 million square metres of gross floor space, our properties represent the largest potential for the sustainable CO2 reduction of the entire organization. The new core team for the environment and energy will have its roots in the real estate department, because here all the buildings of the DRV Bund are planned, built and operated. As one of the key tasks of the next decade, we see the transition to an ecologically and economically sustainable self- and external supply of our service buildings, data centers and rehabilitation facilities, CO2-conscious and forward-looking. In addition, our aim is to improve environmental performance in all areas of the DRV Bund.

Together with the respective teams in our management offices or rehabilitation facilities, you will introduce the EMAS environmental management system. In your role as a regional representative, you form the interface between our central environmental and energy management and the concrete measures for CO2 reduction. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Advice and support of environmental and energy management teams in the properties entrusted to you Collection, monitoring and analysis and evaluation of environmental and energy data Support in the development and monitoring of property-related measures to achieve our sustainability objectives Responsibility for internal and external audits Due to our nationwide properties, the exercise of the activity is partly linked to well-planable business trips.

Through your sovereignty and communication at eye level, you can quickly build a good network with us and win the right partners to support your teams. With your understanding of technology and processes, you will get a good overview of the sustainable topics in our house and also bring: A completed university education (Bachelor or Diploma (FH)) ideally with the focus on environmental, sustainability, quality or resource management Multiannual professional experience in project management and control, preferably in the field of environmental and energy management High self-motivation, implementation strength and flexibility in incorporating into new and complex situations
