More added value as an employer can be found here This is your job: You take the active, holistic and self-sponsored advice and support of assigned real estate customers:in the function of a relationsship manager/relationship manager using a structured consulting approach including Potential recognition on the private side. You are responsible for the recovery of new customers and the implementation of customer retention measures. The representation of the Förde Sparkasse at own and foreign events is one of your tasks. That's what you bring: Training/further training: You have a completed bank or savings bank training with a broader qualification, e.g. in the form of a savings bank/bank business administration study or a comparable training. Personality & working methods: You always work with sales, customer and service oriented, decide independently and trade with entrepreneurial thinking. You are very dedicated and have a high degree of loadability and flexibility. You are good in communication cooperation, think team-oriented and are criminal and conflictable. Experiences & know-how: Ideally, you have completed the seminar company customers. You have at least 2 years of professional experience in customer consulting and commercial credit business with medium-sized commercial customers (industrial customers). You have a high affinity for digital applications (and offers) and are sure to do so. You have very good professional knowledge in the construction company incl. Security assessment, assesses the ability of commercial customers to provide capital services:inside, analyses the economic and financial circumstances and assesses economic circumstances.
