Full-time lawyer for licensing and IP contracts

The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft currently operates 76 institutes and research institutions in Germany and is one of the leading organisations for application-oriented research. Around 32 000 employees develop the annual research volume of 3.4 billion euros. In the ''Research and Development Contracts, Licensing and Intellectual Property Rights'' division, our ''Lizenz- und IP-Vertrage'' department deals with national and international contractual partners for the utilization of Intellectual Property (IP) – from conception to negotiation to conclusion of the contract. Contents are general contract law, industrial legal protection, copyright and references to foreign legal regulations.

They work in a highly innovative and interdisciplinary environment and advise the Fraunhofer Institutes on all contractual issues related to patent, software and know-how licenses, joint inventions and the sale of intellectual property. In addition, you create complex contracts with national and international contractual partners, taking into account legal and economic aspects. You will also support the Fraunhofer Institutes in licensing projects with spin-offs.
