You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in tool design You take care of the planning, control and monitoring of all tool-related processes You coordinate the strategic development of the department You plan and monitor the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes, throughput times and resource use You ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications You enter and select the external service providers for foreign assignments You develop your staff by using training and training You work on global and local projects You work closely with your interfaces such as production, quality and development

Completed degree in mechanical engineering, alternative technician Multiannual experience in the production, maintenance and optimization of tools You have the ability to quickly analyze errors and find solutions You own initiative and sense of responsibility Teamability and very good communication skills Safe, binding appearance and very good MS Office knowledge Secure English skills
