Monitoring and coordination of the Condor daily operation incl. passenger handling with regard to the handling process and support in irregularities; Introduction of necessary measures in consultation with the Ground Handling Center Monitoring the quality and quantity of the performance of the handling agent, the airport and other third-party providers involved in the handling Coordination of all activities, in particular the execution of measures that lead to an improvement in quality in the handling and departure punctuality Technical support of the handling agent, processing and coordination of handling-relevant enquiries and ensuring compliance with internal requirements, rules and safety standards Ensure cooperation with all internal and external interfaces and implement them as needed performing administrative tasks such as reporting, auditing, sales and collection accounting, reporting and material management, flight reports, customer complaints, etc. Local coordination of special departures (special flights, VIPs etc.)

Successfully completed (specialised) college studies or completed commercial training in connection with equivalent knowledge and skills as well as qualifications in aircraft handling Funded qualifications in the station area through completed station training and qualification in passenger and aircraft handling as well as several years of successful OPS activity Analytical thinking, secure verdictability, binding occurrence and negotiation skills as well as independent and independent working with a high degree of responsibility Very good oral and written expressiveness and good English knowledge in word and writing Good computer knowledge in processing and OPS systems as well as MS Office High flexibility and willingness to cooperate, good team skills and social competence High commitment and willingness to use, driving licence, suitability for shift and interchangeability and willingness to take over operations in Germany and abroad
