We distribute our products internationally through our own online shops, various online marketplaces and direct sales to business customers.

Leadership & Team Development: Head of a 7-member team in B2B direct sales and customer support with a focus on professional development and a dedicated, solution-oriented team culture. B2B sales: development and implementation of strategies for customer acquisition and retention – from offering creation to completion. Customer satisfaction: analysis of relevant KPIs, optimization of service quality and ensuring a convincing customer experience. Customer projects: Supporting central business customers in close coordination with product management, purchasing and marketing to successfully implement customer-specific solutions. Processes & Digitization: Identification of Improvement Potentials and Use of Modern Tools and AI-based Solutions for Process Optimization.

Completed study or commercial training with appropriate qualifications Ideally first leadership experience in B2B sales or customer support Experience in developing sales strategies and optimizing processes Digital affinity, especially for modern tools and AI-based processes Structured, solution-oriented working and joy in cooperation
