You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the team They opt for process processes and develop them further You are responsible for efficient monitoring and professional fault management They act as a contact pointer: in escalation cases, they address requests from our customers and take over the clarification of special technical and organizational concerns of our customers: They are responsible for the compliance and updating of regulatory requirements, such as the BNetzA security concept They support your employees in the areas of active network operation and in the construction process

You have completed a technical training as a master or engineer. They ideally bring experience in the telecommunications industry. They have very good knowledge of network technology.
