Dispose and unwind shipping orders Defining shipping type, packaging type, scope of shipping within general instructions and general policy Collection and evaluation of offers for the national and international transport of orders within the prescribed framework Checking and holding of freight invoices, where appropriate forwarding loads to suppliers, customers or Spediteurs and processing of the credit method Editing complaints Input of Intrastat notifications of works dispatches for the Federal Statistical Office in the collection system Processing of special projects within the task area and the adjacent interfaces Production of the necessary customs documents, freight letters, dangerous goods documents etc.

(m/w/d) or several years of professional experience in this field good English and German skills Knowledge customs clearance Experiences in the areas of MRP, shipping, billing control etc.
