As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. You support our HR team in daily business

You carry out administrative tasks relating to civil-military personnel processes

You can participate in recruiting – from screening to interview coordination

You work in current HR projects, such as personal planning, employer branding or process optimization

You bring your own ideas and implement them independently – we give you the space for it

You are an impersonated student (m/w/d) in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Law or a comparable degree course – ideally with a focus on HR

You could already gain first practical experience in the personnel sector (e.g. through an internship or a work-studierendenschaft)

You want to get to know the Bundeswehr from a new perspective and work in a hybrid civil-military team

You are reliable, self-organized and think solution-oriented

You are available for at least 6 months

You go open with feedback and do not hesitate to take responsibility

You can control the current MS Office tools securely (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
