Your menu

• Responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen and ensuring the availability of the current menu
• Guidance, motivation and training of the kitchen team and the output staff as well as the creation of service plans
• Further development of food supply in coordination with food management, based on guest feedback and minimization of food waste
• Coordination of cooperation between the kitchen and service as well as ensuring an efficient kitchen operation while maintaining budget requirements
• Close cooperation with quality management to ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and high quality standards
• Support of the team during peak hours to ensure complete hosting of guests

Your ingredients

• Successfully completed training for the cook (m/w/d) as well as a gastronomic or commercial training (e.g. for the kitchen master (m/w/d))
• Multiannual professional experience, ideal in system gassing
• Organizational talent, enforcement ability and multi-year leadership experience from a large team
• Very good German knowledge and knowledge of HACCP standards
• High level of loyalty, sense of responsibility, willingness to use and independent working
• Good knowledge of the system
