Shift Supervisor - Production / Hygiene / Team Leadership (m/w/d)

With around 200 colleagues, we deliver excellent eggs to retail and wholesale customers every day. Our state-of-the-art packaging site sorts eggs from different stances and prepares them for our customers. Sustainability and animal welfare are important to us and are reflected in our labels such as regional windows, animal welfare and natural land. You organize and monitor production processes within the layer You plan and share the shift taking into account qualifications and requirements You monitor compliance with hygiene and safety regulations You lead and motivate a team If necessary, you will work with you operatively, especially in plant management, and support the production management You work in partnership with other departments and implement the IFS requirements

You have a vocational training from the food industry You bring multi-year professional experience You have technical understanding You have organizational skills You work structured and solution-oriented
