As a deputy market leader, you are the right hand of the market leader and are directly contributing to success: you coordinate the day-to-day business, support your team and ensure a smooth running – and thus for a shopping experience that our customers are thrilling. Business Process: Co-responsibility for managing the market and operating management of the daily business Guided tour with heart: support for personnel management, deployment planning, guidance, support for staff and motivation of the team Communicator: Contact for employees, customers and external partners Creative product presentation: Implementation of sales, product presentation and quality standards Keep an overview: control of key figures, freshness, hygiene and availability of goods

Education: A completed commercial training, beneficial in food retail Experience and knowledge: Multiannual professional experience in food retailing, goods business and human resources management Self-employment: organizational talent, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality Customer-oriented appearance: A safe, friendly and customer-oriented appearance is of course for you Social competence: flexibility, resilience and fun in dealing with people
