Management and control of all administrative construction processes Creation and coordination of project plans Responsibility for the full project management of new and existing renovation projects Conducting correspondences with our customers as well as with engineers, architects and authorities Regular project status reports on department management Implementation of cost calculation and budget planning as well as accounting and auditing Monitoring of project costs Discipline leadership of the building management as well as commercial employees in the area of expansion & rehabilitation Close cooperation with other departments

You own a degree as a civil engineer / architect (m/w/d) or master craftsman (m/w/d) or alternatively a completed training with master title You have many years of professional experience in the management of construction projects in construction or interior construction You are routined in dealing with popular MS Office applications You have good knowledge of the VOB and the applicable legal provisions You also keep an overview in stressful and unplanned situations and do not lose sight of the goal Self-organisation is not a foreign word for you The possession of a class B licence is advantageous You have good knowledge of German in word and writing
