Compilation of payroll accounting for about 200 employees (m/w/d) Implementation of monthly wage and salary bills Contact person for employees for questions on payroll accounting and tax/pension/social and health insurance Correspondence with sickness funds, offices and authorities Create and analyze personnel controlling reports to support strategic personnel planning Optimize processes and internal processes and ensure the smooth handling of the monthly billing runs Accompanying and implementing pending projects

Completed university studies (Bachelor or FH Diploma) in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a comparable area As an alternative to several years of professional experience in the field of wage accounting for an (international) industrial company Knowledge of MS Office Tools and Datev Good knowledge of personal controlling as well as the collection, evaluation and provision of data Experience in data analysis and reporting Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Excellent organisational and communication skills Analytical thinking and structured working
