They assume the overall responsibility for the F125 programme. Ensuring the quality, costs and dates across the entire supply, development and production process is one of your tasks. You control the entire project life cycle: initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, control and completion. They lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams as well as control external partners and suppliers. The creation, maintenance and continuous updating of the project documentation is one of your tasks. They are the escalation instance in conflicts within the project teams. You have power to decide on changes, deviations and negotiations with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. The prioritization and commissioning of work across the main systems is part of your task.

You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, electrical engineering or comparable qualification. We expect several years of experience in the project management of complex arms or large projects. You have a deep understanding of integrated product development, technical product development, system engineering and the logistical operation of the systems. Leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams as well as secure stakeholder management is your profile. You already have knowledge of relevant project management methods and tools. You have fluent knowledge of German and English in language and writing for contact with the customer.
