Start of training: 01.08.2025 • Wipperfürth • Full time As an electrical plant monster You put the Bergische Land under electricity. Together with your nice colleagues in the area of “Power building and power” you are looking for a safe and sustainable supply in the region. For this you are often out of the company and can prove your craftsmanship. For example, if you mount, install and maintain our energy-related systems, a lot of fingertips and know-how are required. But don't worry, everyone starts small. Of course we will show you everything you need in your exciting profession!

During your training, you will visit the Berufskolleg in Gummersbach-Dieringhausen. In addition, we work with the Steinmüller Education Centre in Gummersbach, so that you will also be optimally prepared for your final exam in addition to basic training in the metal and electrical fields. More important than school notes is that you want a varied job at the BEW as a local energy supplier and fit into the team with us.
