As a Lead Cloud ERP team with additional responsibility as an IT Product Owner for the Digital Finance sector, you are leading the strategic development of our digital financial processes In doing so, you guide a four-member team professionally and perspectively, disciplinedly, promote the further development of your employees and ensure efficient resource and task planning As part of the upcoming ERP introduction, you play a central role in the selection, implementation and integration of the new system – with a clear focus on Finance & Controlling For seamless connection to the existing IT landscape, you are responsible for test management and accompany the successful Go-Live of new features In close coordination with stakeholders, you continuously document requirements, develop practical concepts and design innovative digital financial processes – also beyond classic ERP functions As an IT Product Owner, you control the digital development in the financial sector, prioritize requirements, manage product backlog and coordinate internal and external implementation partners In addition, you support specialist areas and key users with your expertise, carry out training and thus actively accompany organizational change

You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, BWL, Computer Science or a comparable qualification and brings multi-year ERP experience in the manufacturing environment – ideally in the food industry ERP transformations like system changes, rollouts or migrations are familiar to you and you know well with tools like Infor, SAP Business ByDesign and/or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud You have a well-founded knowledge of operational processes – e.g. in production, logistics, purchasing, sales or finance – and can safely analyze and optimize processes You have already successfully built and developed ERP solutions in high-growth companies and have solid project management experience – classic and agile, ideally certified In your role as IT Product Owner or in comparable interface functions, you have connected IT and departments as well as teams or external partners successfully controlled Tools like Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365 are used to organize and document your work You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Personally, you convince by analytical thinking, clear communication, structured work – even under pressure – as well as by the ability to motivate people and win for changes
