The 'Reconnaissance Vehicles' section is responsible for the creation of offers and for the execution of customer projects from the project planning phase to the development and series processing. In addition, new products are defined as part of product responsibility and product strategy and existing products are further developed.

Participation in the acquisition of projects Creation of concepts, specifications and offers as well as customer support when creating system requirements Implementation of international projects in the agreed time, cost, and performance framework Implementation of a systematic project planning and project tracking Leadership of project teams and management of subcontractors Cooperation with internal and external partners and customers Performance of presentations within the Hensoldt and externally to customers and suppliers as well as compiling corresponding reports deriving new products from the technical possibilities, customer needs and market developments clarification of technical implementations taking into account alternative approaches (self-development, development partners, cooperation partners) Development of product life cycles as well as suitable service and logistics concepts Preparation of analyses on marketing alternatives and competing products The readiness for national and international missions is assumed.

Complete engineering studies in physics, electrical engineering, precision engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable Experience in the management and processing of (international) projects Experience/knowledge in the leadership of project teams Good PC knowledge (MS Office, SAP R3) Planner skills, safe occurrence and team skills Result-oriented, structured and cooperative working methods High level of flexibility Flowing German and good English skills
