They are part of the HCT Global Reporting team and are responsible for tools and processes of global financial reporting. They support the various management functions with the definition of currently relevant control variables, integration of different data sources, and provision of modern reporting formats. They drive the implementation of automation, digitalization and AI tools to increase efficiency within the global controlling teams. They optimise the international controlling processes and actively work to ensure data quality. They take over the participation controlling for three joint venture companies in Asia. They support the global strategy process and central projects of the HCT.

Successfully completed studies of business management, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable discipline with the focus on finance and controlling Multiannual professional experience in controlling a manufacturing and global company Excellent knowledge of various BI applications (QLIK, Power BI etc.) Analytical thinking, structured working and high IT affinity Negotiating English skills and a strong communication skills Experience and joy in international cooperation (sites in Asia and USA) Consequence and initiative in the pursuit and implementation of goals Flexible and independent working methodology, team orientation and a high level of commitment, ambition and self-employment
