The area 'Spectrum Dominance Application S/W Engineering'' deals with design and implementation of user software for RADAR and Electronic Warfare systems as part of a software product suite with different areas of application. Efficient and innovative technologies, processes and tools are used in development.

Design, implementation, testing and documentation of complex software modules (Java Swing, Java 2D Graphics; Real-time capable signal analysis displays) for the further development and maintenance of a product software Priority and coordination of development activities in the team Creation, testing and evaluation of SW requirements Conception, creation and extension of SW architectures Integration and testing of segments and systems Conducting qualification tests of the produced product and project releases and customer acceptance Participation in the release planning and support in offering creation

Complete study of computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or comparable Long-standing practical experience in programming with Java (frontend/backend, client server, TCP/UDP, services, containerization) Comprehensive experience in defining software requirements, creating software architecture and design of software Practical experience in project processing Knowledge of the basics (electromagnetic spectrum, signals, peilers, receivers, radar, radar EW) Joy in team work and good communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English
