You conduct practical sales training for 14 stores and around 150 buyers (m/w/d) – effective, mobile and at eye level. Your field of application extends from Essen to Kiel and Cloppenburg. In addition, you will receive training in our training room at Hamburg. You can customize the content to the participants and their needs. You are in the middle of it: you are coaching our teams directly in everyday life – with a clear view, insertion and proximity to the customer. Your ideas are in demand: you actively develop our training formats and sales methods. Regular travel with hotel stays is self-contained for you – you value change and new impulses.

You have already guided sales trainings, or you are bringing together efficient insights from the consultancy-intensive individual trade – strong in appearance, strong in result. Developing, developing and bringing people is exactly your thing. Communication is in your blood – you can talk and quickly identify what customers (m/w/d) really need. Being much on the go is not a hindrance for you, but a drive: you like to pack the suitcase and go where you are needed. And your place of residence?
