For our ion exchange operation in Bitterfeld we are looking for an intern (w/m/d) for a period of 6 months at the next time.

For the internship in the engineering technology of the ion exchange company at the site of Bitterfeld-Wolfen we are looking for a dedicated and motivated personality at the winter semester 2025 or at the next possible time. You gain a comprehensive insight into the field of production and engineering in the chemical industry As part of your internship, you analyze process data using digital tools and develop concepts for improving energy efficiency. You will learn what Industry 4.0 means in the chemical industry environment They evaluate the developed concepts in terms of their cost-effectiveness and practical feasibility in close coordination with the operational contacts They gain practical experience in the processing of various topics and thus get to know the processes in production plants

Studies in the field of chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable study direction strong interest in the chemical industry and in process optimization high motivation to achieve success together in the team fluent knowledge of German
