Development, planning and implementation of communication and marketing measures that show impact Textual, visual and organizational support of our campaigns Control and coordination of internal and external partners – e.g. agencies & service providers Creating targeted content for print media and digital channels Accompanying exciting events – from idea to implementation You make our internal communication lively and approachable and can support internal recruiting measures that inspire new talents for SPIE

Complete studies in the field of communication, marketing, media, design or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience as Art Director – ideally with a background in an agency where you have already conceived and brought to life campaigns. Knowledge in project management, in particular in the context of communication or campaigns Embossed sense of language, design and interpersonal communication – you understand how design and storytelling play together You like working in the team, being structured, responsible and bringing the motivation to drive things forward independently
