Construction management: independent organization, control and monitoring of the construction design in the field of broadband construction with the focus on civil engineering, railway construction and cable laying. Coordination: Close coordination with project management, specialist departments, subcontractors, contractors and authorities to ensure a smooth construction process. Date, quality and cost control: Responsibility for compliance with construction times, technical specifications and safety and quality and budget standards Contract and claim management: knowledge of VOB and safe handling of contractual texts. Resource use: planning and controlling the use of personnel, equipment and materials, as well as monitoring and guidance of entrepreneurs. Documentation: Complete collection and follow-up of the progress of construction and the creation of the necessary building site documentation and reports. Conflict solutions: Skills in dealing with conflicts to resolve disputes effectively and collectively. Safety of work: monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant occupational safety, health and environmental requirements at construction sites.

Education: Complete technical studies (e.g. civil engineering) or technical training with further education (e.g. masters, technicians) in construction or civil engineering. Professional experience: Multiannual, detectable experience in construction management or construction coordination, ideally in the field of telecommunications or infrastructure. Leadership competence: Sovereign handling of project participants, teams and entrepreneurs. IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office applications, ideally experience with common accounting or project software, knowledge in SAP is desirable. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge (at least level C1) for communication in the team and with customers. Driving licence: Class B required, readiness to travel in the field of use.
