As a team manager, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of currently 6 employees You are responsible for the proper handling of accounting within your team and ensure that all processes run smoothly Self-support the accounting of a foreign subsidiary and prepare their monthly, quarterly and annual accounts You ensure fair-term financial statements according to IFRS and international accounting standards (GAAP) Through continuous monitoring, analysis and optimization of accounting processes, you contribute to increasing efficiency They work closely with domestic and foreign auditors, tax advisors and authorities as well as local finance management

You have a completed business studies with a focus on finance/invoicing, or a degree as an accounting officer You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the international environment and bring leadership experience with They are safe in handling MS Office and SAP and have an analytical way of thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working Loadability, self-initiative and sense of responsibility are among your strengths Ready for occasional international missions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
