IT Specialist as OT Platform Support 2nd Level (m/w/d)*

To strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a specialist informatics as OT platform support 2nd level (m/w/d)* for our location Rendsburg or Quickborn near Hamburg as soon as possible.

Since 2023, Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH has been working with its E.ON group sisters to further develop the OT systems for the success of the modern network management and process data technology of the Energiewende. As a specialist, you are responsible for the topics of our OSS platform. - You are responsible for the 2nd level support of the OT platform operation. - You are the first contact person for customers of the OT OSS platform for questions about hardware and software. - You carry out error analyses and take first steps. - You tune in more complicated disorders with the relevant colleagues in the team and create solutions. - You support the 1st level support for more complex customer disorders. - You take part tasks in the authorization assignment and failure of user accesses. - You support access management for secure access to our OT platform. - You're consulting our OSS Wiki and Selfservice for our internal and external customers. - You may participate in the standby service.

• You have completed training in the IT field (e.g. specialist in system integration) and have an additional qualification (technists, IT project managers, etc.) or a comparable qualification. - You show passion and you're ready to continue training. - Communication is one of your strengths and you're enjoying sharing with colleagues and working together. - You have a strong customer focus and see yourself as a service provider. - You have a class B driver's license. - You bring safe German skills (min. B2). Nice to have: - You are familiar with the ITIL principles and their application. - Ideally, you already bring first professional experience as a specialist informant in support.
