Completed studies in logistics, forwarding, IT or comparable training Experience in the management of transformation projects Experience in program and project portfolio management desirable Representative communication and conflict resolution competence Enthusiasm for new technologies and processes Organizational talent, ideally with first experience in hosting meetings or workshops English language skills
