You support and support users:in case of problems and questions (Help Desk) You care and wait for the existing systems You carry out data backup and DR processes You’ll take part in the further development of the company’s IT infrastructure You are planning and managing the projects to implement the new systems, or Device of hardware involved You work on optimizing internal processes, systems and procedures in the area of responsibility

You have a vocational training in the field of computer science, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d) – system integration You can control the technologies and solutions currently used in the field of IT (e.g. telephone network, ERP Infor, CAD etc.) You have good experiences with Windows networks and Active Directory You have experience in the configuration, administration and monitoring/evaluation of security solutions (e.g. Barracuda Firewalls, Proofpoint e-mail Security, Trendmicro Vision One, MS Defender) and knowledge in the configuration and administration of MS 365 solutions or in the management of complete tenants You're safe with MS Office You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and work independently, independent and team-ready
