They define and control the global conceptual and strategic development of corporate IT and develop innovative strategies They promote the development of our Group-wide applications and local software solutions and ensure continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and IT security They are innovation drivers - monitoring and evaluation of new IT technologies for the CHT Group Ensure the SAP S4/HANA Introduction / Global Rollout in the CHT Group They lead the IT team, promote cooperation and adopt best practices at global level You agree with the Digital Transformation and all other relevant stakeholders

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification You have deepened knowledge and experience in the fields of IT and digitalization/digital transformation They bring experience in a medium-sized company with international orientation, combined with the ability to manage effectively and carefully in a global matrix organization, possibly with hands-on approach They possess multi-year leadership skills and the ability to implement organisational, cultural and business changes with a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach They have excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to think strategically, as well as passion for driving IT/digitalization initiatives Excellent communication skills in German and English and the ability to act confidently across all hierarchical levels complete your profile
