Dispo: You organize and coordinate our transports in national and international freight transport in order to ensure a smooth process. Care of the driving staff: You monitor the rest and steering times as well as the statutory social regulations to ensure legal requirements. Customer support: You process complaints and claims to ensure high customer satisfaction. Communication: You ensure effective cooperation by contacting internal and external partners every day. Reporting and data: You are planning our data in the goods management and accounting system, and you are planning transport documents and reports.

Education: You have completed a training as a merchant/wife for forwarding or logistics services, or have a comparable forwarding qualification. Experience: You have ideally already experience in disposition, logistics, or a similar area. Industry knowledge: You feel at home in the construction industry and bulk goods are not a new country for you. Personal strengths: You are flexible, communication-strong, team-capable and organized. Working method: You work independently as well as customer and result oriented. Other: The safe handling of the current MS Office programs is set for you and you ideally bring first experiences in dealing with CRM systems.
