As a Technical Expert for Data Management and Analytics Platforms & Services, as part of the team, you are responsible for the technical design, deployment and development of our Data Management & Analytics platform based on Azure Databricks You automate and manage Azure Databricks infrastructure using terraform and are responsible for providing the Azure Databricks platform with a focus on scalability, security, stability and wartability You are responsible for building and maintaining the required networks to ensure stable and secure communication of cliche cloud resources as well as between cloud and onprem Take care of the implementation of best practices for CI/CD pipelines in MS DevOps You’ll first implement concepts for expanding the Data Management & Analytics Platform with interfaces, technical components and features (e.g. 3rd Party Analytics Tools (e.g. PowerBI)) and implement them together in the team

You have a degree in computer science, (economic) informatics / media informatics or a related subject You are an expert in your field, have several years of practical experience in Azure Databricks and have extensive technical and professional knowledge You have very good conceptual and architectural skills and experience in implementing Data Lakehouse and Medallion architectures as well as Delta Lake You have several years of experience in the field development and work with Azure DevOps You know how to deal with Unity Catalog and how to manage permission via Microsoft Entra ID You program with Python, Spark/PySpark and SQL and have expertise in distributed computing with Databricks Ideally you have first experience in the technical connection of 3rd Party Analytics tools to Azure Databricks (e.g. PowerBI) You have at least 5 years of IT project experience and a high implementation competence You keep an overview with very high work volume, go structured and keep appointments binding You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills You work completely independent, solution-oriented and goal-oriented You are strong in communication, resilient and have a high level of enforcement You are a team player, like to move things together and have “a good sense of humor”
