Lean Manager (m/w/d)

In your role, plan and manage independently complex Lean projects to improve quality and efficiency and take over responsibility for budget, quality and time in these projects. Your focus is on optimizing our value chain taking into account lean principles such as Shopfloor Management, 6S, TPM or TQM. They analyse comprehensively existing processes, identify inefficiencies and develop measures to eliminate waste and reduce transit time in all production plants. They maintain close cooperation with the stakeholders in all production plants for the continuous application of the lean principles and promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the necessary motivation of the employees. They support the establishment of key figures, monitor them in all production plants and derive appropriate measures.

They have completed technical or economic (special) university studies or a comparable qualification. They have extensive professional experience in process management, lean management and project management. You have a further qualification by Lean, World Class Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt. Self-sufficient and structured action, a great readiness for innovation and change and a sense of success and solution are of course for you. They bring production and process understanding as well as the ability to identify the essential aspects in complex situations.
