What awaits you: As a (Junior) Account Manager, you advise our medium-sized business customers in SME (m/w/d) after a comprehensive onboarding: at eye level and drive the digital growth of your customers: in: cloud, security, AI, IoT, software as a service, fixed network, mobile). Through an intensive preparation for your customer appointments, you can ask the right questions, identify the challenges and needs of your customers and offer the appropriate solutions. You'll create ROI calculations, know the KPIs of your customers and can thus show added value. Based on the Vodafone product portfolio, you develop ideas and solutions without losing sight of the goal for completion. You are structuring and managing sales projects and working closely with your sales team to advance the digital transformation of your customers. Your tasks include the support of existing customers and the new customer acquisition.

What distinguishes you: A successfully completed study or commercial training Ideally, first professional experience - whether in sales, start-up or advice. Enthusiasm for digitization trends and passion for sales. Advising your client with your strategic vision. Communication strength, safe occurrence and a structured and enduring pursuit of your own goals. Readiness to learn, desire for knowledge and flexible handling with changes. A structured, reflected and independent way of working. English knowledge of word and writing (C1 to GER).
