You take over the customer advice and support, which includes the holistic processing of customer requests to the utilities (gas, water, district heating) as well as the non-supply sectors (e.g. telecommunications, bathrooms, car parks) and thus ensure high customer satisfaction with your friendly and competent advice You collect, maintain and update the customer data in the system, e.g. when changing the contact data or moving They are responsible for billing and payment processing, this includes clarification of questions on invoices and payments, verification of counter readings and consumption data You are responsible for the documentation and data management, including the careful collection and maintenance of customer requests and data in the system, as well as the creation of fault messages and service tickets

They have completed commercial training You are safe in handling MS Office and experience in handling energy systems (ERP) is advantageous Knowledge of industry-specific processes and market mechanisms are advantageous They are characterized by a high degree of flexibility, independence and openness They are team-ready, have a safe occurrence and a pronounced communication capability
