In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a working student - Digital Process Solutions - Business Analysis Employee Portal (m/w/d)* at the next possible time for our site Quickborn (with a participating home office option).

Your tasks Designer of the digital transformation: You actively participate in the further development of our business processes and drive the digital transformation in HanseWerk.

Part of our platform team: Together with the project manager and the department, you work on building a modern employee platform that provides all applications, and processes structured and central. You are an equal team member and take on your own responsibility.

Business Analysis: You conduct independent discussions with colleagues from different disciplines to understand their workflows and processes and to integrate and optimize them in a targeted manner in our employee platform.

Focus requirements: You collect requirements from the departments, analyze them carefully and prepare them for the implementation of the developer team.

Communication professional: You bring your ideas into the communication strategy for our employee platform and help actively promote their relevance and use.

Your profile You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree course - the subject does not matter to us, your enthusiasm is important

You have a basic understanding of IT systems, digitization and linking to business processes.

You are strong in communication, you are active on people and you are happy to work on the team.

Your German skills are at C1 level (in language and writing)

You are an inspiring designer who develops innovative solutions independently and finds the best way to implement them in a targeted and customer-focused manner.

A working time of 20 hours/week would be ideal as a student during the lecture period. Up to 37 hours/week are possible in the lecture-free period. Your successful degree is always the first! Therefore, when planning your working hours, we consider your lecture and exam schedule

Your Benefits Transparent remuneration: As a working student you start with us with an hourly wage of €16.92. As an intern, you receive a fee of € 1,624 per month for both compulsory and voluntary internships Sensual task: With us you will make a valuable contribution to the energy transition - in a large company and with many perspectives. Flexibility: As a student, you work up to 20 hours a week in the semester. Your working time and place are agreed with the team.
