We look back on 100 years of experience.

They monitor and book payment inputs from members and employers in secondary accounting. You process undeclared payments on the custody account. You assign contributions to employer accounts to the member accounts and book them accordingly. You process payment defaults in the banking process. You process the notifications for the exemption from the insurance obligation in the statutory pension insurance. They set contributions on the basis of employer registration or employer payment. You pay contributions to members or Employers. You work with the technical optimization of our software.

They have completed commercial training in the field of insurance/bank/finance or alternatively have a commercial training with a further training in the field of accounting. You can demonstrate first professional experience in a similar activity. They have good MS Office skills. Reliability and careful and accurate operation are of course for you. They have a high level of responsibility and willingness to perform. Constructive communication behavior and a pronounced level of team orientation are yours. They have an open-minded personality with pronounced service thinking and joy in dealing with people.
