Creation and implementation of a concept for customer service and support for Blackbird (DACH region), our subsidiary (China) and sales partner (global)

Creating and implementing a concept for training the worldwide service with different levels of competence. Definition of training standards and continuous training of international service technicians.

Definition of after-sales offers and service contracts, in cooperation with technical development and our international service partners

Creating and implementing the training offer for end customers and integrators. Creation and updating of training material and implementation of customer training

Creation of a digital training platform in cooperation with the technical editor.

Coordination of installations, commissioning and maintenance by service technicians for the DACH region

Management of spare parts sales / employee coordination for the global spare parts supply in cooperation with the field of operations

Close cooperation with customers, internal departments (e.g. sales, technical development, order processing), our Chinese subsidiary, sister companies and service partners abroad

Specialist studies or vocational training with technical qualifications, technical department electronics, mechatronics, automation, etc.

Professional experience

Extensive international experience in technical customer support in the field of control and automation technology

Experience in leadership and motivation of service teams

High understanding of services

Good organization, design and implementation skills

Excellent communication and negotiation capability

Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Travel readiness up to 30% (EU, Asia, North America)
