You are our:e Expert:in all import topics and processes, working closely with other departments of the MSC Germany Group and foreign MSC agencies. You are responsible for the billing of sea freight and/or surcharges to our customers as well as the release of full containers in Europe-wide ports. The registration and transfer of empty returns in German and foreign depots and the control of the consignment documentation (Telex Releases, Seawaybills, OBLs and E-BLs) are also part of your tasks. As the first contact person for our customers, you answer questions about releases, empty returns and much more by phone or email. You also check and process invoice complaints and container damage.

You are a shipping businessman (m/w/d), a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or have completed another commercial training or study, ideally with a logistics focus. Ideally, you have experiences in the field of import or sea freight. You convince with your communication strength and an organized and independent working style. In addition, you have good knowledge of German and English and bring knowledge to the current MS Office 365 applications.
