You report to our Head of Finance and are responsible for: The optimization and scaling of our financial processes across all companies of the mgm Group The Group Reporting (IFRS) to our listed parent company, the creation of controlling evaluations and the development of reporting formats Annual budget planning and under-year forecasts The process of business start-ups, the due diligence of corporate acquisitions and the onboarding of acquired companies Communication and exchange of information with tax consultants:inside our domestic and foreign subsidiaries at annual accounts and annual audits and with auditors:inside Intercompany settlements with related companies, coordination of intercompany processes and continuous adjustment of settlement procedures to new issues The annual billing price documentation Answering the accounting questions of our domestic and foreign companies In addition, you are a professional manager for those colleagues from the Finance team who are responsible for the Billing and Accounting tasks, following appropriate confidentiality with our processes.

You have professional practice as a controller:in, also in the international field, and have a completed economic study or comparable training with corresponding qualifications Your professional experience comes from medium-sized companies and you have a look at overall business relationships You bring expertise in the annual financial statements to HGB/IFRS as well as accounting know-how, also with qualification You have great interest, are open to new, highly motivated and are looking forward to developing yourself in our growth company You are responsible and resilient and bring a high level of commitment You are characterized by your strong team skills and high social and communication skills You work structured and self-employed, have high analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick understanding and accuracy You have excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing
