Planning, procurement, deployment and control of all necessary resources Professional and disciplinary leadership of the object team Preparation and monitoring of auditing development and implementation of location-related, cross-process analyses and Concepts ensuring compliance with legal and technical regulations and Environmental Directives

Studies in Facility Management, Operational, Energy, Building or Supply technology At least 5 years of professional experience and detectable references in the direction of a larger objects Management experience and driving licence class B Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to take over budget responsibility
