Space for responsibility: As a management of the internal administration, you assume the overall responsibility for a central service unit at KLEUSBERG. With two teams and a total of 10 dedicated employees, you will ensure efficient structures, smooth processes and a service-oriented internal organization. Leadership room: They guide and develop the teams in the areas of central/receiver and fleet management both professionally and disciplinaryly. Space for mobility: They control the entire fleet management – from the disposition and new car ordering via the controlling to the further development of the e-mobility solutions. Structure room: You are responsible for the office organization, including paper archive, document planning, moving coordination, post-in and exit as well as the optimization of internal processes. Room for service quality: They ensure a reliable operation of central services: reception, meeting management, canteen, central telephone system as well as travel organization (hotel, railway and flight bookings) and building and exterior cleaning. Area for cooperation: You control external service providers in the areas assigned to you, keep budgets in mind and maintain a binding, solution-oriented communication with internal departments as well as external partners. Room for further development: They support the introduction of new software solutions, support change processes and drive the digitalization of internal administration in a targeted manner.

Room for experience: Completed studies (e.g. business management, administrative management) or a commercial training with further training as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position – e.g. as a fleet manager, office manager, head of reception/central, manager or manager of facility management. Alternatively, you have relevant professional experience from a car house, purchasing (focusing on fleet and service provider control) or hotel management, paired with multi-year experience in leadership of teams – with a leadership understanding based on trust, appreciation and development. Organization is your superpower – you think in structures, act solution-oriented and do not lose sight of the daily business. They work independently, are eager to decide and keep the nerves in challenging situations. High service and service orientation in dealing with internal departments, business partners and external service providers. We require very good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Knowledge of in-house insurance management and experience in the handling of damages are advantageous.
