As an experienced and creative personality, you are responsible for the visual appearance of the Schiesser sales areas - from the idea, to design, presentation and sourcing to implementation. You work closely with the marketing, sales and retail team to create an attractive shopping experience for customers.

You are responsible for the vote with the merchandising and store development team on goods control You make sure that shop windows and sales areas meet the VM standards and promote sales You implement promotions, trends and merchandising policies You analyze sales figures and give feedback to the buying team You optimierst Storelayouts and soar for effective commodity rotation You train store employees in Visual Merchandising You plan and tax VM activities at Store Openings and Closings You control the implementation of VM concepts through regular store visits You’re practicing market trends and integrating them into the VM strategies You take on budget responsibility for all VM activities

You have completed training as a designer for visual marketing or demonstrable experience in the sales-promoting branch design Ideally, you bring 4-5 years of professional experience as Visual Merchandiser or in a sales-promoting function in textile retailing with You can handle VM tools, especially TexStore You speak fluent English in word and writing You have an affinity to the fashion industry, a strong sense of trends and comprehensive retail know-how You have strong sales-promoting skills and are creative You are drawing your attention through decision-making, negotiation and implementation strength and the ability to set priorities You ideally live in Berlin or Hamburg to be fast everywhere Strong travel readiness - MVP, SH, ST, Hamburg Recommended
