As a team leader in software development processes, you will occupy one of the most versatile positions at adesso, which combines team management and development, recruiting and operational project work. You are a key player or key player for our company success, your Java team continues to develop and lead it to success.

In detail, you perform the following tasks: The look for your team's economic, congruent success as part of the adesso business model. Implementation of the adesso growth path by setting, developing and binding your employees. The technical cooperation in projects in the technological environment of modern web architectures with Java, in particular JEE and pioneering Java and JEE-based client/server architectures in a high-quality role, e.g. as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer or Software Architect. Expansion of customer relationships into which you are operatively involved.

As a professional in application development or consulting, you have already gained many experience in project management and know the business of an IT service provider. You are motivated to grow into a leadership role, to develop the technical and technical skills in your team and to accompany your employees and students in the long term. In addition, you have already implemented modern web architectures with Java (e.g. JEE, JSF2, JPA, JMS, Spring, JEE, Hibernate/JPA or Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful Web Services) You have a pronounced social and communicative competence, as well as a safe occurrence. In addition, you can communicate with your open, value-adding and helpful way. Good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a project-related readiness to travel round off your profile.
