Working in the team: You are actively involved in our operations management team from day one and work closely with other product managers, IT and customer service Responsibility: You are responsible with the team for the continuous care and further development of the system landscape for our customer advisors, our processes in customer service and our automated customer communication (e.g. e-mails) Improve product: You design processes so that they run with minimal manual effort, best quality and shortest possible time to offer our customers an excellent experience Realizing ideas: You are testing and analysing passionate technological trends (e.g. Machine Learning, Rapid Process Automation and Process Mining) and you are generating ideas for innovations to improve our processes and thus create the best possible customer experience. Managing Agile Projects: As part of our agile development process, you take over the project management from the conception, control of the IT teams, to the implementation and testing of new features and product improvements and thus secure a quick go-live Measure and Ensure Quality: You create extensive analyses (e.g. customer contacts via different channels, contact reasons and customer satisfaction) and identify potential improvements based on them

Education: Over-average degree, ideally with economic/technical-mathematic background (BWL, Global Business Management, Media and Communication Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) Smart solution finding: Quick conception to penetrate complex relationships and hand-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions Analytical and strategic thinking: Very good analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, structured and independent working Digital Mindset: High IT and Internet Affinity, great interest in e-commerce and digital trends and good technical understanding and/or Will to work on technical issues Drive and Communication: Very good communicative skills and team skills to ensure quick and constructive coordination with a wide range of stakeholders in the dynamic environment and quickly achieve measurable results Tools: Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Language knowledge: German language skills in word and writing
