You define the requirements for implementing new product features and are responsible for the implementation Considering customer-specific and technical requirements, you will develop new concepts and designs to improve user experience To further develop our product, you will test and analyze competition and market performance as well as technological trends You'll start meaningful analyses & reports (e.g. conversion development, A/B tests, Funnel analyses) for continuous success control and identification of improvement potentials You work closely with the IT teams, the content and partner management team and the management

Very well completed studies with technical, economic or scientific orientation (e.g. economic engineering, business informatics, media informatics, BWL, VWL, physics or mathematics) Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high quality awareness and an eye for design You are burning for current digital trends and developments in the Internet industry Good communicative skills, high self-motivation as well as the willingness and ability to quickly work on you in complex technical situations First experiences in web and database technologies are beneficial German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
