As an audit coordinatorin/disponentin, you are responsible for the optimised centrally controlled disposition of auditors with the aim of maximum capacity utilisation taking into account routes and times. You are responsible for the timely disposition of audits taking into account the process instructions. Monitoring and increasing order profitability based on defined key figures, optimising economic efficiency through targeted disposition of internal and external auditors is one of your tasks. As the first point of contact for customers you are for the care of customer relationships incl. Coordination with customers, internal/ external auditors responsible. You are the central coordinating body for transnational projects in this area. You also identify opportunities for expanding internal and external resources and bring these proposals to the management. You are also responsible for maintaining defined databases.

Vocational training in the commercial sector, at best supplemented by a degree with a focus on Logistics, Business Administration, Economics 3-5 years of professional experience in comparable field and first experience in audit coordination of advantage Found experience in dealing with SAP databases and mastering common MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) flowing German and good English skills in word and writing are assumed Structured and independent operation and targeted organizational planning of resources desirable
