Your challenges Operational personnel administration and management at the site in close cooperation with HR Manager Preparation of personnel measures in cooperation with HR Manager Compilation and transmission of wage and salary-related data Participation in recruitment and development of staff Coordination of onboarding of new employees as well as offboarding Coordination of and participation in training events and trade fairs Support in the care of social media channels and development

Successfully completed commercial training with further training as a specialist or personnel consultant (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification or Studies Multiannual professional experience in human resources Experience in cooperation with the works council and knowledge of collective agreements desirable Good knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Good knowledge of English Safe handling of HRM systems An independent way of working, team skills and organizational talent
