You take over the management of our restaurant and ensure a smooth run – from planning to implementation. You develop and optimise service processes to offer our guests an outstanding experience. You are responsible for maintaining and developing our high quality and service standards. As a motivating leader, you're looking for good mood, team spirit and real enthusiasm in the service team. Purchasing, goods acceptance & warehouse? You have everything in your hands and make sure that everything is always there, what is needed. You are thinking, planning ahead and opting for work processes – efficiency and quality are no opposites for you. Cleanliness and hygiene (HACCP) are of course for you – you pay attention to every detail and ensure a perfect condition of your responsibility. You also pack yourself when it comes to it – Hands-on is not a foreign word for you.

You have a completed training in the gastronomy or hotel industry and bring well-founded experience in a leading position. You have a sense of first-class service and culinary trends. Quality, style and guest satisfaction are more than just keywords for you – they are your passion. You are a real team player and lead with passion, clarity and motivation. Even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head and meet smart decisions. You think economically, have a sense of cost optimization and know you with budget planning. Flexibility is part of it for you – you are there when it comes, even on weekends or on holidays.
